The sinking city investment opportunity

December 1, 2020

Today’s The Verge article (link below) cites a new respectable study on sea level rise impact on America’s cities, in particular vulnerable affordable housing, already in short supply.    As expected, the study cites that impact on low-income folks is most severe.

Scary.

Real estate is the largest industry in the world.  Yes the biggest.

Commandment 5 of our book says to respect market cycles.    Sea level rise and impact on housing is visible, predictable long-term trend.

How will investors be impacted – how can investors help depoly capital in this sector to help solve this massive problem – and profit from it at same time?

What are your thoughts?
