CLOSED! Satoshi’s Hideout – 41 units flexible leasing apts in Downtown St Pete (Tampa)
Skytian is excited to announce the acquisition of two amazing apt buildings in downtown St Pete in Tampa, the new HQ for ARK Invest and what Cathie Wood cites as the “Austin of the East”. We are excited to work with Co-GP partners Wild Orchid Capital, GrowAbility Equity, Sindy Zheng, and Tian He to transform these 41 units into Satoshi’s Hideout – a boutique flexible leasing apartment community for the tech-brilliant, digital nomads and creatives just too darn hip to live in boring normal apartments.
Who is Satoshi Nakamato?
Satoshi is the mysterious creator of Bitcoin and blockchain technology making possible digital money, DeFI, the meta verse, NFTs, the DAO, Web3 and so on. Satoshi (he/she/they?) will be remembered as one of the greatest inventors in history generating trillions in wealth and inspiring billions.
We’d love to hear your suggestions on our design direction:
Are you Satoshi?

Hello, I live in a townhouse directly behind Satoshi Hideout. My neighbors and I were excited to hear that you were developing this property. The concept and original design renderings looked fabulous. However, we’re concerned with its current appearance. We feel that the murals being painted on the North and South sides of your building are unattractive and not professionally done. The artwork looks like graffiti. And not good graffiti. Please have your Company representative come and take a look at this eyesore to the community.
