We’re thrilled to be on the property and executing the business plan we shared with you. We began the transition and value-add work even before officially taking over. We’ve put in place an exceptional property manager – Meadowood Property Management, a firm that has been managing multifamily in the Tampa area for over 30 years. We’ve actively been communicating with the residents about new management, better customer service for residents, and our intention to greatly improve the property.
We have already begun renovating units as we turn them, starting work on the vacant units we inherited immediately after the takeover. We’ve also finalized our exterior renovation plans and begun implementing those. Please see below pictures of our planned improvements for the asset:
